One popular security training course offered to security guards is the patrol driving course, which primarily involves classroom instruction as well as practical driving classes under the guidance of an experienced instructor. The next course, known as the patrol route driving test trains the security guards on different types of roads, traffic patterns and traffic signs, all essential in creating effective and efficient patrols.
